2013_09_11 Wednesday: Tbilisi

Today was a laid back day with nothing in particular happening. The original plan was to go to David Gareji (close to the Azeri Border), but I was too beat, and had a 3 hour nap instead…

We did do laundry which, surprisingly, was quite expensive: 89GEL = $54. It's a good thing Sharon did some laundry by hand herself. It seems to come natural for her..:)

In the evening we took the cable cart  up to the old walls right above were we are staying. Our hotel location is great. The view was really nice. Next to where we stayed before (Sharden Villa), which not far from were we are now (Ata Hotel), there are lots of bars, restaurants, clubs, and such. Quite nice indeed.

A word about food in Georgia: It is based on the following elements:
1. Bread
2. Cheese
3. Butter (or is it margarine?)
4. Salt

Really healthy..
